# How To Make It:
01 - Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Spread the seasoned tomatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until softened and caramelized. Allow them to cool slightly.
04 - In a food processor, blend feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
05 - Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow serving bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
06 - Spoon the roasted tomatoes and their pan juices over the whipped feta. Garnish with torn basil and drizzle extra olive oil on top.
07 - Present immediately alongside warm pita bread or gluten-free crackers.
